| Deposits: We require payment of the first day's rent at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment may be made to the Albion Inn via personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover. Group reservations of three rooms or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due forty-five days prior to arrival. Cancellations: Any change to a confirmed reservation that reduces the number of rooms or days reserved will be treated as a cancellation. There is a $15.00 per room fee for processing cancellations. Cancellations and changes require 30 days notice prior to date of arrival (except for groups taking three rooms or more, 45 days notice applies). In the event of a late cancellation, payment is required for all reserved dates that can not be rebooked. No refunds or credits will be made for early departures. Minimum Stay: There is a minimum 2-night stay required on weekends and holidays during the high season from May through October. In some cases, this may be waived. Please call us to discuss any stays that do not meet minimum requirements. Check-In: Check-in time is between 2:00 and 5:00 PM unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please call if you are running late and expect to arrive after 5:00 PM. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made. Smoking: Outdoor areas are provided for smoking. Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome. Booking the Entire Inn: The entire inn can be booked for family gatherings, reunions of friends, small conferences, or retreats. On such occasions, at the discretion of the party making the reservation, children under 12 are welcome. Pets: Well-behaved pets may be accommodated in the Courtyard Queen room with prior approval. Pets are not allowed in the main house, nor may they be left alone in the room without permission from the innkeeper. Any pet causing a disturbance to other guests must be removed from the premises upon request. An additional one-time $20 cleaning fee is charged for pets. Inquire concerning pet sitting. Breakfast: Breakfast is served in a single seating at 9:00 AM. Coffee is available at 7 AM; tea anytime. Please inform the innkeeper of special dietary needs prior to your arrival. Most of our food is fresh and organic and totally free of chemical additives such as preservatives and flavorings. |
